Store your STEM products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For optimal performance, ensure lids are tightly closed after use.
2/ How long do STEM products last after being opened?
Each product includes a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging. Most STEM formulations remain effective for 6–12 months after opening when stored correctly.
3/ Are STEM products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. STEM products are formulated to support skin across all types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend patch testing before first use.
4/ Are STEM products dermatologist tested?
Our formulations are developed using evidence-based ingredients and undergo rigorous testing to ensure safety, stability, and performance.
5/ I experienced a reaction – what should I do?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation persists. Please contact us so we can support you further at support@beautyinstem.com.
6/ I had an issue with a product. How do I contact you?
You can reach our team at support@beautyinstem.com or via our contact form. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
7/ Where are STEM products made?
STEM products are formulated and manufactured in research and development laboratories in Singapore.
8/ Are your products Vegan?
No. PDRN is the only animal-derived ingredient used.
9/ Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. STEM products are cruelty-free.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1/ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.
2/ Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA, India, UK, and Canada, with plans to expand internationally.
3/ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3–7 business days.
4/ How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
5/ How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
BILLING & PAYMENT
1/ What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your location.
2/ Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are handled by Shopify's encrypted and PCI-compliant payment system. STEM does not store or have access to your full payment details.
3/ When will I be charged?
Your payment is authorized and charged at the time you place your order.
4/ Why does my charge appear as Shopify or Beauty in STEM on my bank statement?
Charges may appear as Beauty in STEM or Shopify Payments, depending on your bank and payment method.
5/ Can I update my billing information after placing an order?
For security reasons, billing details cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you notice an issue, please contact us immediately.
6/ Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes. A digital receipt will be automatically emailed to you after checkout via Shopify.
7/ Why was my payment declined?
Payment issues can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or bank authorization restrictions. We recommend contacting your bank or trying an alternative payment method.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1/ What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
2/ What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Orders without an image won't be eligible for refund.
